Refund policy

At Nature Gems, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and securely packed before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a wrong or incorrect item

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used grooming or wellness products

  • Any product without original packaging

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos or video proof

4. Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product

  • The replacement will be shipped after the returned item is verified

  • There will be no extra charge for replacement in case of damage or incorrect product

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock for replacement

  • The return is approved after verification

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide your payment details.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
